Worst hotel stayed ever...Linens were dirty. Room they provided to us had no windows.When I complained about the room the Front Office guy was cross questioning. They asked us to rate them 5 star in the OTA before allocating our room. I would suggest to do the free cancellation bookings if you're travelling and thinking of booking a hotel for your stay. You completely lose the fun of travel. This hotel is a complete no no if you're planning to stay in Amritsar.

Be Safe! Before you booked your room be clear with room cost and type of room because when you reach at your hotel they suddenly change and try to take extra charges. secondary they are not humble so that's it this is my latest experience with them. Overall, i would like to say that my experience was not that much good.

It was good. Parking was okay. The hotel provides food, but there seems to be no kitchen in the hotel. As the provided food to us almost after one hour and packed as Zomato packing and cold too.

The worst thing about this hotel was even after speaking to them over phone a day before my visit, they increased room tarriff by Rs 500/- per day at the time of checkin. There are many better hotels available in that area at much lesser room tarriffs. Their room service is also very bad. Reception staff is rude. Please avoid this hotel
